Daavin wanders into an empty dorm room, and shuts the door. He places his labtop onto of the falling apart desk, and opens it. Then he settles in the bed, sits up, and closes his eyes.
Light blends around Daavin obsurcing him from view, making it look like an empty bed.
Daavin sits and mentally chants his mantra, relaxing his mind, and barely feeling the constant pain in his arms.

Hawk sighed he was standing just outside Daavin's dorm. What to do? Try to be friendly and most likely die? Or say quiet and miss the chance to get a new friend? Hawk sighed once more summoning up the courage and saying. "Um I was shooting some hoops and my ball somehow came crashing in can I come in and look for it?"

As Hawk exits, if he looks back at Daavin, Daavin gets fuzzy, before the door shuts.
Daavin hops back to where he was meditating, and reminding himself to clean anything sport related from his room, and to board up his window.
