Now the threat of Apocalypse is over and he is gone for now every one goes back to there somewhat normal lives. The brotherhood is still causing trouble for the humans and X-men. Kitty and Lance's relationship is stronger then ever thanks to them coming and helping her group with Magneto.
With Mystique back she wants the X-men gone after Rogue and Kurt refused to listen to her before they left. She hopes to be able to be able to get the brotherhood stronger this time.
Gambit having feelings for Rogue is not sure if he should join the X-men knowing that Logan don't trust him or he should stay with the Acolytes.
The younger x-men that was taken away by the parents are brought back to the school. Many of them were happy to see those who were brought back.
The humans are still having problems with the mutants and wanting them gone. The high school still allows the mutants to attend the school.
Jean and Scott being graduated from high school had decided to stay with the X-men and help the professor with classes.
Professor X slowly sees what he saw after the battle from Apocalypse starts to happen. Sadly not every thing came true. Magneto is still bad then with Jean the professor was able keep the phoenix to up rise for now.
