Information + Rules
Characters
-You may play up to 5 active characters
-Your character can be X-Men Evo, good, evil, individual -anyone, we need everyone!
-Your character has ONE power, no fancy magic stuff. I understand going through metamorphosis/changes stuff. An exception would be something like Jean's powers.
-No god-moding
-Make your character unique! :]
-This is critical: Your character can die. It's just a part of life and please, accept this. If your character dies and you have a serious problem with it, talk to me.
Do I have to join a team?
You do not necessarily have to join side [x-men or b.o.m...] -you can fight solitary, or create a group of your own. You MUST ask me if you can create a group, I will have a limit. If you decide to fight solitary, you still must have a side of being regarded as "good" or "evil".
Imposing other Characters
You may NOT impose as someone elses' character without consent, you may not state their characters actions/reactions or put words in their mouth.
Player-Knowledge and Abusing it
If your character acts on knowledge that your character realistically can't know/find out about -you're abusing player-knowledge. It's a judgmental call...ie: If your character is telepathic... -but don't give us that excuse. Don't do it because it won't enhance the plot.
Violence
This game is not -I repeat- *NOT* a game of onslaught or war. Yes, there will be some violence/fighting but there is no need to graphically describe it. No killing of characters without consent, unless it is your own character, that is a different matter.
Language
If you're going to swear -do it at a minimum. Swearing is permitted, but not a lot of it -it can create offense towards other members, therefore making people uncomfortable.
Sex
This is NOT adult literature so use your judgement. It doesn't matter if two characters are in love -'fade to black' because the other members don't want to see it and neither do I.
Realism
Try to make the game as realistic as possible, it makes the game a lot 'funner'. :]
Grammar/Spelling
No toggle typing or terrible grammar or spelling, use a spell-check. This game is for more advanced role players. Also please do not "make up words" or put 5 random words in a sentence to influence your character. Make your text understandable, but make it descriptive [up to a point]!
Posting
Post to influence the plot, do not randomly post, we have an OOC board for that! You can write posts including other people's characters, but you cannot take over their character and control their thoughts and actions. Try to post in 3rd person/past tense. NPC Characters
These guys are helpful to the game. NPC are "non-player characters" meaning, they influence the plot little, but they're there. The police, students at school, etc. Principal Kelly or Forge would be an example. You may make them up/have as many as you like -they are not mutants -necessarily speaking of course. If you'd like to turn one of your NPC characters into a mutant, ask me!

-Scenario is based loosely on X-Men Evolution -your character is learning about their powers/how to control them and facing the uproar of mutants being introduced to the public. Whatever happens in the series, doesn't necessarily mean it happens here in the rpg. You may make references and what-not.
