History: Swift was born in ireland. His parents were always nice to him. When they moved to america was when he discovered his powers. His parents were still nice to him though but they were unsure that his powers would loose control so they sent him to the institute
Description: Swift has an irish accent(duh) long neon green hair,blue eyes and a one fang that points upwards. He is almost always cheerful unless someone finds a way to really piss him off but its kinda hard to.
Other when i say levitation i dont mean can make other things levitate i mean he can levitate without having the wind lift him and have everything blow over
