Its possible the admins deleted it off - you mite need to register first.

if You want an X-Men Evolution Character please go to the 'AVAILABLE CHARACTERS' (with the big letters) and post Your application there ... if You want to play Your own character post Your application in the 'CHARACTERS' topic ... I hope that helped You to understand the signing up procedure
