History: Ciaran was born to two rich and "loving" parents, you know the kind, daddy drank too much and mommy never said anything about her bruises. Ciaran was one of his father's favored punching bags 'cause he looked 'Too damn girly'. His powers manifested at age 14 and he tried desperatly to hide them not wanting his father to beat him more. It never quite clicked that he could use his powers against his father, I mean you just don't hit your DAD no matter how angry he makes you, right? Right. So Ciaran continued to suffer in silence until his father died of a massive coronary a year later. His mother committed suicide a week later, listing Ciaran as the heir to the house and all the money, he now lives alone in an apartment downtown, having destroyed the house with no small amount of glee after removing the few things he desired to keep.
Description: Ciaran has shoulder length chestnut brown hair, which he generally wears tied back, and wide-set silvery-blue eyes beneath long eyelashes. He has a seemingly frail physique but is actually just really wiry. He has high cheekbones and slightly pointed ears (not in an elf way just a non-round way). He has long fine-boned fingers and stands at 5'11" tall.
Other:
-Fears: Ciaran is terrified of being locked in small dark places as that was where his father put him after a beating, the hall closet. He also has a stong dislike of alcohol for obvious reasons.
-Weaknesses: Ciaran's powers have a range of 120 feet to call something to him. Beyond that or behind lead he is powerless. To teleport himself he has a range of three miles, although with practice it might get farther.
-Power descriptions:
-Selective teleportation: Ciaran can teleport himself, others or specific items to various places. To teleport himself he just has to focus, to teleport others he must be touching them and to teleport objects he must call for them. When he teleports he enters a plane out of phase with the normal world and flies through it at the speed of sound, although he is not aware of this other world as anything more than a warm light.
-Telepathic mapping: When teleporting Ciaran uses this ability to know where he is in relation to the physical world. This ensures he always comes out in the right spot.
-Dark secret: Although Ciaran doesn't remember this yet HE was the one who killed his father, after a particularly bad beating Ciaran's mind snapped and he teleported out of his father's reach and Called for his heart, without fully materializing it Ciaran effectively created a heart attack.
