Ciaran looks around his new apartment, pulling open the curtains on the wall of windows that look out over Bayside. "So this is Bayside, according to what my informant told me there are lots of other mutants in this city. I guess that makes it the town for me." he then turns and looks at the boxes and furniture that are scattered about the apartment. "Time to get to work. Dishes!" he holds out his hands as swirling silvery blue light flares from one of the boxes and another silvery blue light swirls in his hands, he then turns towards the kitchen "Into cupboards!" he says as the light vanishes from his hands and flares in the cupboards, revealing a complete dish set. "Well this will be easy" he says with a grin and starts teleporting everything into place.

Ciaran sighs and dusts his hands off as he teleports the boxes into the recycle bin outside. "Well that's that. Now to use some of this incredibly expensive computer equipment." he goes over to a large, Cerebro like, computer and sets up scanning parameters "There, this thing will find the largest concentration of mutants, hopefully that'll be a group that will help me with my powers." He then goes into the living room and flops down on the leather sofa, turning on the big screen TV "Now to veg out!"

Ciaran looks up from his snack as the computer starts to flash. Going over to it he looks over the information "Hmmm...mutant powers are being used up on that hill...city information says it's a place called Xavier's School for the Gifted... I wonder how 'gifted' they are. Well only one way to find out."
Grinning mischeiviously Ciaran goes into his closet and pulls out the costume he'd designed, carefully pulling the black spandex on he pulls the have mask over his head and links up the suits computer systems, the miniscreens in the silver eye's flashing information over the view. "Starlight's ready to roll." he says with a grin as he double checks the coordinates and focuses, disappearing in a silvery blue swirl of light.
